Koel Mishra beat Komal Visakha 6-3 in the final to win the City Children Tennis Tournament held at the Kalinga Stadium courts here on Sunday.
Earlier in the semifinals, Koel defeated Tanmayee Patnaik 5-1, while Komal got the better of Tamanna Patnaik 5-2. Coaches Ajay Nishank and Lalit Dash gave away prizes at the closing function.
